I’m Jane! I grew up in the country, but now I’m an inner-city Melbourne type who loves walking my dog and sipping on (possibly over-priced) oat lattes, in my active wear. I’ve just joined the ‘thirty club’, and I maintain a relatively wholesome list of hobbies, including baking, reading historical fiction, Pilates, running, and when I’ve got time, arranging flowers. 

I’ve worked in the media/entertainment industry for around a decade now, and I bring that real world experience of interviewing, writing and presenting into my role as a Celebrant. My favourite ceremonies are where the couple I’m marrying feel understood and comfortable, and their guests feel as though the proceedings perfectly reflect the couple they know and love.

The best part about being a Celebrant is when couples’ loved ones approach me after the ceremony and tell me that I captured their personalities and story so well, often they think I’m an old friend! I love marrying people who want their ceremonies to feel considered and bespoke, they want their guests to laugh, cry and nod along in recognition.
