I would say to get the most out of the process, you want to allow yourself enough time for us to get to know each-other, and to not feel rushed. I think 6 months, or more is the sweet spot. In saying that, I’ve married couples 3 weeks after meeting them. My advice is to not hesitate, wedding dates get snapped up pretty quickly around here. I take bookings as far as 18 months in advance.

I am so glad you asked! If I’m available on your date and we like each other’s style, it’s all very easy. To lock in your date, you’ll need to put down a booking fee of $300 and agree to my terms and conditions. After that, your date is yours and we’re good to get started on your perfect ceremony.

I intentionally don’t have prices on my website. I find the best way to get you an accurate quote is for you to enquire and give me as much detail as possible. Then I can come back to you with my rates, and tailor a quote to your needs/preferences.

My pricing reflects the bespoke and handcrafted nature of my work, I don’t do more than one wedding on a day, and I only take on a limited number of weddings, to ensure I have the time and energy to deliver your ceremony perfectly, as a Love Jane couple, you have my full attention.

I got you. I go out of my way to make sure you feel comfortable throughout the whole process, especially on your wedding day. If you need a minute, that’s fine. Want me to hold the microphone for you? For sure. If you want to direct as much attention away form you as possible, we can work around it! I can guarantee that you’ll feel amazing once the ceremony is done, and you won’t even remember that you had 150 eyeballs looking at you!

Absolutely! And it’s all battery powered, meaning I don’t even need a power source to get started. I have an amazing Bose s! Pro PA system which is the best you can get, and my microphone is perfect for speaking meaningful words into! My price includes the use of the PA system, I can even play your ceremony music for you on said speaker!

God no! Have I used the same joke about issuing fines if your phone goes off during the ceremony? Once or twice. But I firmly believe that everyone deserves a ceremony written just for them. Steve and Ashleigh’s ceremony script just won’t cut it for Mike and Jenna! I write every script fresh, and that’s how it will always be.

I love a road trip. I’ll go anywhere you need me to, as long as you’re happy to pay travel expenses, and accomodation if required! Travel within 40km of the Melbourne CBD is free, I have a list of ravel rates for popular areas around Victoria, everywhere else is typically P.O.A.

For sure! I want to make sure your vows hit the mark on the day, so I’ll spend time helping you write them, I’ve got lots of examples and plenty of handy tips that you’ll find very helpful. I’ll also print them out for you and have them ready to go on the day, with beautiful spacing and easy to read text, of course.

I always ask my couples if they would like to include an acknowledgment of the Traditional Owners in their ceremony, it’s something that I am very comfortable with and happy to include in any ceremony.
